HSE Fees for Intervention to begin October 1st, 2012

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Fee for Intervention comes into force on Monday October 1, 2012.

This means that any company breaking the health and safety laws (in accordance with The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2012), are liable for recovery of HSE’s related costs, including the inspection, investigation and taking enforcement action.
